Good Morning Everyone,
This is a reminder to please make sure to pack a lunch for your children on Wednesday and Thursday as our Pizza/ Pita lunches ended on Thursday, June 22, 2023.
Thank you for supporting our hot lunch program at St. Agnes.
As we come to the end of the 2022-2023 school year, some of our amazing staff are leaving St. Agnes in pursuit of wonderful opportunities.
We would like to give a heartfelt farewell to Mrs. Routhier, Mrs. Poulin, Ms. Singh, Mrs. McLeod and Ms. Kennelly. Thank you for everything you have contributed to St Agnes school, you will be very missed. We will always remember your time, talent and dedication to our students and our school. May you all enjoy your new adventures!
Lost and Found
The contents of our lost and found bin are in the main hall until Monday June 26th. Classes are going through them. Please remind your children to search through the items as well if you think they lost something.
Medication/Epi-Pens
All medication, including epi-pens, pills, inhalers etc, need to be picked up by Tuesday, June 27th. If your child’s last day is earlier, please let the office know so that the medication can be returned home. Students with daily medication need to take their bottles home on Thursday, June 29th.
IF YOU ARE MOVING/LEGAL UPDATES
If you are moving over the summer, even if it is within school boundaries, the school needs to know.
If there are any legal updates, custody agreements that pertains to a child’s health or education, please reach out to hadel.jabr@wcdsb.ca.
Notes for September
Student Transportation should have bussing details for the 2023-2024 school year by August 28, 2023. Please check their website for more information. If you are unsure if you are school bus eligible, please go to https://bpweb.stswr.ca/Eligibility.aspx?Page=Transportation.
Your child’s class placement will be shared in late August/beginning of September.
